  • Consignment guidelines:
    Consignments accepted on Mondays and Tuesdays,
    from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
  • We buy estates, big and small!
  • We stress  that all consigned items be:
    1.  Clean, quality items.
    2.  Not broken unless noted and listed as such.
    3.  Working condition where applicable.
  • Magnolia Gardens Auction House has the right to refuse any item at any time!
    A 25% consignment fee will be deducted from sale.
    If an item has a reserve amount and does not sell, we will charge 10% of the reserve price for handling.
    Magnolia Gardens Auction House and/or it's employees are not responsible for any damage in handling a consigned item.
    Items that do not sell the first week, will be presented again the next week.  If it doesn't sell the second week, we ask that you pick up the item that night, Saturday, or it will become the property of the auction house.
  • Payments for your sales will  be available the following Friday after the auction.  Any further question should be directed to Tina Murphy.
    All merchandise is sold "As Is-Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.  There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, so
    please look over your treasure very carefully before you bid!
