  1. How do I register to participate in the auctions? Call (281) 516-7251 to register or send us an email with your contact info.

  2. What types of items are typically available for auction? For our Saturday auctions we pride ourselves with clean antiques and better end items. Our Groovy Tuesday sales are general merchandise (anything and everything).

  3. How can I preview or inspect the items before the auction? We have previewing ....

  4. Can I bid online, or do I have to attend the auction in person? You can always leave a "LEFT BID" if you cant make the auction, but most of our sales are now held on Facebook Live https://www.facebook.com/MagnoliaGardensAuction

  5. What are the payment options accepted for winning bids? We take Cash, all Major Credit Cards or bank transfers. Keep in mind if you use a check and it bounces there is an added on Fee. 

  6. Is there a buyer's premium or additional fees associated with the auctions? There is a 16% buyer's premium on all sales

  7. How long do I have to collect my purchased items after the auction? We ask our customers to pick up their won items the next day, but if you need to schedual a pick up date please let us know before the auction starts.

  8. Can I arrange shipping or delivery for the items I win? We do ship and partner with freelance movers in the area to ensure your items are deliveried safe (shipping and delivery fees to applie) 

  9. Are there any warranties or guarantees provided for the items? There are no Warranties or Guarantees, all items are sold "AS IS"

  10. What happens if I am unable to attend the auction but still want to bid on an item? You can always leave a "LEFT BID" if you cant make the auction, but most of our sales are now held on Facebook Live https://www.facebook.com/MagnoliaGardensAuction

  11. Are the prices at your store negotiable? Price are non negotiable, we offer the best price for our sellers and buyers.

  12. Can we drop off merchandise that we would like to get rid of? Of course please call the auction to see if its somthing we can help sell for you.
